Welcome to TheorIQ. By downloading, installing, or using the TheorIQ application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

TheorIQ is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that provides item build recommendations for League of Legends. The App analyzes match data to suggest optimal item builds based on your champion, role, and enemy team composition.

TheorIQ is a companion tool designed to help players make informed decisions. It does not modify game files, inject code, or interact with League of Legends in any unauthorized manner.

2. Riot Games Compliance

TheorIQ uses the official Riot Games API and complies with the Riot Games Developer Policies. The App:

• Only reads publicly available match data through official APIs
• Uses the League Client Update (LCU) API for optional features like importing item sets
• Does not automate gameplay or provide unfair advantages during matches
• Does not access or store account credentials

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TheorIQ only for its intended purpose as a build recommendation tool. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate Riot Games' Terms of Service
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair any server or network
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data

4. Intellectual Property

TheorIQ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the TheorIQ team and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

League of Legends, Riot Games, and all related properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. TheorIQ is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games.

5. Data and Privacy

TheorIQ operates primarily as a local application. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected and how it is used.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TheorIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Build recommendations will result in wins or improved performance
• The App will be compatible with future versions of League of Legends
• Statistical data will be accurate or complete

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the TheorIQ team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game account status, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
